Those tie-rods could be out of alignment, which Chrysler says can lead to steering failures. Seriously? Kinda makes you wonder what kind of training they receive that they misinterpreted instructions as basic as installing a tie rod end... jpd80 Posted November 10, 2013 Share Posted November 10, 2013 (edited) Fine to blame the technicians but who was checking them to ensure that they fully understood the instructions and that there were no drifts in quality throughout all those builds.
