ice-capades
Final 2014 Super Duty scheduling was completed on Thursday, February 6th! 2015 MY Super Duty scheduling starts next Thursday, February 13th. Unscheduled 2014 MY orders are NOT converted to 2015 MY orders.
billyjg2007
So I should receive a vin soon or they aren't making the truck?
ice-capades
Your Dealer would have had a scheduling notice and VIN # yesterday morning. If they don't have it, the truck is NOT scheduled and will NOT be built. The order would have to be resubmitted as a 2015 MY.
billyjg2007
Great I'll call them right now
ice-capades
"Balance Out" refers to the end of Model Year scheduling. The "Job Last" date is the last day of production for the Model Year.
ice-capades
Scheduling notices are available via the scheduling status report which is sent daily or the Vehicle Visibility Report. Both reports include Order #, Body Code & VIN # for scheduled units along with the initial week of scheduled production.

billyjg2007
So now I wait until I can get the sticker? Sorry for all the questions I never ordered a car before. I always found in inventory but the long bed is very rare around here apparently. Just found what says build date :30.11.0002 Any clues? ice-capades
Not sure what you're looking at where it shows those numbers for a build date... :30.11.0002. Those numbers aren't right. Initially the unit would be assigned an initial build week.
billyjg2007
I got that from etis. From my abbreviated research it looks like it's just some place holder until there is a date. I saw many other forums ask about the exact same number
ice-capades
OK. I've never looked at ETIS which I believe is what Ford uses in Europe. Your Dealer should be able to tell you the initial build week that your VIN has been assigned. It's on their daily status report from yesterday or can easily be looked up by them in "Vehicle Visibility" which they access through the FMCDealer.com portal. In any event, it'll be built by March 15th which is the "Job Last" date! Window stickers are released about a week before the actual build date. turbopilot
I have a 2014 F550 on order. Dealer gave me a VIN (1FD0X5HT7EEB46019) and a production date of February 8th. Sticker populated on time about a week ago but so far OASIS shows the truck as "VIN STATUS: PRE-PRODUCTION VIN - NOT YET PRODUCED". Is the production date given by the dealer a specific date or a date range?
ice-capades
When the vehicle is first scheduled, Ford provides the scheduled week of production which is then narrowed down to a specific day as the order gets closer to production. Thanks for the reply. Been watching on OASIS, still shows the truck as "Not Yet Produced". Is OASIS normally up to date with production? SilverLS
I found the window Sticker:http://www.inventory.ford.com/services/inventory/WindowSticker.pdf?vin=1FD0X5HT7EEB46019 Built 2/10/2014.
turbopilot
I found the window Sticker:http://www.inventory.ford.com/services/inventory/WindowSticker.pdf?vin=1FD0X5HT7EEB46019 Built 2/10/2014. That fooled me too. It is simply todays date. Changes everyday on that link. Here is a 2012 F550, built in December of 2011. Today's date at the bottom. http://fordlabels.webview.biz/webviewhybrid/WindowSticker.aspx?vin=1FD0W5HT2CEA90099 Edited February 11, 2014 by turbopilot
turbopilot
OASIS updated this morning. My F550 was built yesterday. On it's way to Dacono, Colorado to become an EarthRoamer Expedition Vehicle.
