If you have an apprentice under you that could be looked at as a supervisorary role and that is screwed up, food for thought. IBEW had an article on this in thier journal last month. THE UAW SHOULD PLAY BY THE RULES. You should reread the NLRB judgement. Specifically 1(a) of the order. GM is the respondent not the UAW. What does this have to do with this thread. You should start you own thread. I have not read much of this judgement, but when you have not hijacked a union members thread who is trying to make things better we can discuss it, but for right now I don't see you helping.
