CEL - P26B7?

Just took my car in to the dealership last month for a check engline light, of course right after my car was out of warranty (only 36k warranty). That time was for some type of vent line with the gas tank.

Now, roughly a month later, im at 40,000 miles and the check engine light is on again. Went to autozone and they said it was for code P26B7, which they had no info on. Judging from google, it seems like it is something about a coolant bypass solenoid? Anyone have any info on this?

Really not looking forward to taking it back into the dealership, as they charge a $99 "diagnostic fee" just to tell me what the problem is... Plus it really p*sses me off, this is the first brand new car i've owned and ive already had the check engine light on twice after it has been out of warranty... The last dealership trip cost me over $400....
