robertlane
I would almost guarantee that's it's done at Flat Rock - I am not aware of a place outside of Flat Rock elsewhere that they would do it at. You can post your question for the Flat Rock employees here: http://www.blueovalforums.com/forums/index.php?/forum/136-flat-rock/
fuzzymoomoo
All export models are sent over from the assembly plant across the street to the Waxing department, where it is prepared for overseas shipment. This includes underbody treatment and crevasse waxing, then full vehicle covering. I believe any vehicle Ford ships from North America to Europe is done via the waxing center in Flat Rock. I've seen Edges built at Oakville Assembly for European export sitting in the lot over there. Perhaps someone else can correct me if I'm wrong.
