So when will we see Ford's next styling direction?

Recommended Posts

...so when will Ford show off its next gen styling cue Concept car?

I wonder if there will be a new direction or an evolutionary transition?

...oops. Allow me to edit my remark with I would expect a new direction concerning grille/front design.

It's not likely you will see a Mustang stray from an open mouth grille, but anything goes for everything else. It's already evident on SUV's and CUV's that other grille designs are being used instead of fish mouthing everything.

I personally believe Ford should bring back the Bunkie Beaks ???

My thought on this is they will be in the evolutionary mode for some time to come. Think they were looking to make a statement and get most of their platforms aligned and recognizable as a Ford-this has been accomplished in my opinion, especially from the front end. The Bronco will probably start another trend but not sure if that will carry over to their other brands.

I would like to see them do more styling on the rear portions but also realize that is very challenging.

Good post-lots to ponder "what is next!"
