2020 Escape Premature Blind Spot Issue

Hey guys, i have a 2020 Escape Titanium and ever since i've picked up the vehicle, the right blind spot is acting up. It prematurely detects that there is a vehicle in my blind spot when there is no vehicle around. Its been to the dealership for software updates that the engineers hoped will fix the issue but its been unsuccessful.

I find that its a safety hazard because i can be switching lanes and it will start flashing thinking a vehicle is there. Has anyone had any luck getting this problem fixed?

Is it? Mine trips the oncoming vehicle alert when I'm backing out of the driveway and I'm passing by the house. It's also been known to trip just by shifting into reverse.

Blind spot, not cross traffic alert.  different sensors I believe.  This is the one that flashes the light in the side mirror when it detects traffic alongside the vehicle when moving forward.
