Port For Routing Wiring Into Cabin

Question

Hi everyone.

I'm building a "tornado intercept" concept vehicle in the spring of 2021 using a Ford Ranger Lariat. To speed things up I'm trying to get all the technical stuff sorted out before we receive the truck so we can go full force once it's here.

I will need to route multiple wiring sets through the firewall into the interior. Does anyone know if there is a port or removable plate to do this or will I need to drill one?

Thanks in advance.

Warren

I can tell you just by looking at the cowl/dash assembly (otherwise known as firewall) there's no removable plate. If there's a port I don't know about it, I only know about the body itself.
