rperez817
Consumer Reports released ratings from its latest vehicle owner satisfaction survey. This is different from the reliability survey they reported on earlier, and in fact several models that rated "most satisfying" (Tesla Model Y, Tesla Model S, Tesla Model X, Lincoln Aviator, and Lincoln Corsair) also have poor reliability. CR said of these vehicles, "owners who find some unique feature or quality compelling enough that they’re willing to overlook the vehicle’s subpar reliability or other concerns." It sure doesn't look like they will get many repeat buyers... 5 out 10 least satisfied owners. Yikes! Ford EcoSport is not a surprise here either. It's an underwhelming vehicle designed for low cost countries bootstrapped here for $20k MSRP that stretches Ford's credibility quite a bit. Lincoln on the other hand is doing something right. Under promise and over deliver is a recipe for long term success. Same with Kia Telluride.
