AggieDad Posted June 4, 2021 Author Share Posted June 4, 2021 (edited) @ice-capades - thanks, that's what I expected to happen too, but haven't seen it show up yet. I'll give it a day or 2 and see if it shows up. The service rep seemed to have some problems using the system on his side, so that could be a contributing factor. Edit to add an update: According to the help function chat, it can take up to 10 working days to show up. I'll give it a couple of weeks and check again.
