I've found all you have to do is threaten to cancel their service. They will drop their price significantly to keep a customer. Works EVERY time. I received my new truck yesterday so was trying to cancel the service on the old which turned out to be a painful back and forth. I was able to switch the account to the new truck without talking to India CF.
