Cadent62
My new truck is built, and am wondering how I can track it on the rail? Thanks

The Vehicle Visibility report includes both the rail carrier and rail car number. The default display shows only the last vehicle status but choosing the "Full Table" option will display the entire order history and include the rail carrier and rail car number on one of the status lines after the vehicle was released for shipping and loaded on a rail car.

DrEvil
Searched and found this thread and have a follow up question. My dealer confirmed the truck is shipped (i also have an email from ford saying shipped almost a month ago). Dealer said my VVR is missing the railcar number and he’s had that happen a few times recently. Anyone else have the same issue?

The default display in the Vehicle Visibility report is usually a one-line display showing only the most recent status. In order to see the rail carrier and rail car information, it may be necessary to select the "Full Table" display which will show the additional information.

Thanks, I mentioned that and he laughed and told me how many years he’s been the manager and knows how to use VVR. Said he knows where the numbers should be and that mine isn’t there. Guess I’ll know it’s here when it shows up lol.
