Does the inverter run whenever the truck is on, or just when something is plugged in? I am with you on this, I plan to add plugs as well

I have read that the OEM installed package includes a yaw sensor and some changes (presumably software) to the camera system. Does anyone know more about this?

Jealous! I wonder what feels longer... The wait from the time you order till you get a VIN, or Shipped until delivered? MAYBE some day I will find out.

How did you figure out they were the hauler?

Layman opinion here, I’m sure someone smarter will answer factually soon… I would think they would mount up and be plug and play. Couldn’t see ford using different harnesses. I do believe there was a setting in forscan for led vs halogen, but that may be more applicable to turn signal function. I would look on eBay, as you may be able to find a cheap set of take offs. if my truck ever shows up, I’m taking my led fog lamps off right away and installing my aftermarket bumper.

yeah, I certainly did. Ended up priority 2. Truck was built March 4th. Hoping to see it this week or next week based on the ford estimated delivery email.

Thanks, I mentioned that and he laughed and told me how many years he’s been the manager and knows how to use VVR. Said he knows where the numbers should be and that mine isn’t there. Guess I’ll know it’s here when it shows up lol.

Hey I’m new here too, been a long time lurker. I ordered my truck back in July also from Utah (still waiting). Kinda surprised to hear they thought a SD would be hard to sell. Seems like nothing stays on a lot anywhere these days. just curious, did you try asking them to lower the priority code?

Searched and found this thread and have a follow up question. My dealer confirmed the truck is shipped (i also have an email from ford saying shipped almost a month ago). Dealer said my VVR is missing the railcar number and he’s had that happen a few times recently. Anyone else have the same issue?

I struggled for a while to find a dealer who would honor XPlan. I’m in Nevada and no dealer in the state would do it. Some would go “as low as” MSRP. Ended up buying in Utah.

For my build window sticker was available became available the Monday of my build week. The truck was built 3 days later.

Since I saw mention to doc fees for plans… Anyone know the cap for xplan doc fees?
