I had to press a few times with my dealer, but they eventually helped. You can also post a bit more in this forum and then use the https://blueovalforums.com/forums/index.php?/forum/80-vehicle-locator-by-ford-employees/ forum given your Sales Code (L + 5 digit number) and your Order Code (the 1033 you posted) and you might get help there too.
