6.8L 20V Transplant From a Van to a F250?

Time to pick the minds of the folks that likely know more than me. I have a very low mile 99 E350 van with a bad body. I have found a 04 F250 with a very nice body, and a V10 with engine issues. 

 

Can I use this engine from the van in the truck? I have read (done some searching) that the heads on the 04 have flow improvements, but that the engine should work so long as it's 20 valve to 20 valve. Basically through all the research I've done, a '99 to '04 super duty will be compatible with the engine in the van. 

 

If I'm just plum crazy let me know as well!

If people can manage to LS swap Porsche 911s, then you can surely manage this project. 
 

the bit that would make me nervous is swapping over the electrical, but I’m no expert on these engines.
