Bob Moore
I have a 2023 F350 6.8L gas Superduty. When I take my foot off the accelerator on the highway and hit the gas again I occasionally heat a clunk sound somewhere in the rear. It reminds me of the sound of a loose differential. Took back to dealer, they could not find any problems. Had anyone else noticed this sound? Anyway, Some vehicles have an issue with slip-bump, which is the driveshaft not having proper lube in the splines where it fits into the transmission. Bob Moore
Thanks, will go back to the dealer tomorrow with this info. Seems that when I took it to them 2 months ago they would have checked to see if I had a slip-bump issue.
