im at lap and i like the aws also,for the same reasons has wildcat7. i talk to a lot of trades at lap and have to say most dont hate it ,but those that do really do. there are laso a bunch that have no preference has to shift\schedule. the union boys keeping their 8hr 5 days a week is a whole different topic.

when they do this it will be your skilled trade date of entry into your current trade,then that will carryover to the new mechicinal trade it is how they do all consolidation of crafts.
