There is not more time to cover in the afternoon, there IS more time to cover in the morning. Lunch is at 11:50, shift starts at 6 AM. That's 5 hrs. 50 minutes. Start TAG one hour into shift: Station 1: 7:00-:720 Station 2: 7:21-7:41 Station 3: 7:42-8:02 Station 4: 8:03-8:23 Station 5: 8:24-8:44 Station 6: 8:45-:9:05 Station 7: 9:06-9:26 Station 8: 9:27-9:47 Relief man 9:48-10:08 Then back around for 10 minute breaks: with one minute in between you should be finished before lunch time at 11:50. Finish the day on a twenty minute route starting at 12:50 will finish you at 3:58 on a ten hour shift. On at 10.7 hr day adding 4 minutes to everyone's PM break finishes the TAG route at 4:34. I believe those times fall within the master agreement you detailed above. I am sure everyone would love to only have 7 tag members, I myself included in this, but we all know this is not going to happen just for the fact alone that other plants have been using 8 for years. I do know there are some routes that require the TAG relief guy to walk a long way, and in those routes I believe they only have 7 people to break and I know one that has only six.

I don't understand why you are getting a 25 minute break after lunch. In final we are breaking 30 minutes in the AM 1 twenty minute break, 1 ten minute break (before lunch) and 20 minutes in the PM (after lunch) for a total of 50 minutes of break time on a ten hour day. Is the break schedule different in body? Also we were told the interval between jobs is one minute not three, were the relief operators told differently in body? The workers are also expected to be rotated daily, if you are first on one day, you will be second the next, and so on.

What is wrong with this? When ford stock was 2 bucks a share I bought as much as i could afford to buy at that time just like Jr. and Alan. I am sorry to say I could not afford to buy as much as they did, but if i could have i would have and made as much money as them. Looks to me as if you are just angry that you weren't smart enough to buy Ford stock when it was at rock bottom, or you couldn't afford to buy any. She gets her information from the workers? just think what kind of information an outside source would attain if they came to this site and got what they thought was true information from the "workers" who frequent this site. I am all for heavily policed forums that allow only "family friendly" substance, and I almost always just skim by the "you're an ass" ... "no, you're an ass" type of forum posts, but when I see one person try to belittle another person because of grammar mistakes... some kind of drug induced reaction seems to take over in my head and forces me to respond when they themselves appear to have the inability to form complete sentences and correct their own spelling mistakes. As you can see, the above statement is a horrible run on statement, but since we are taking a rest on grammar I do not feel the need to correct it.

I wish you were correct, but from what I understand Ford Sold the plant and property. I don't see how we would be able to produce theses batteries using Ford Motor Company employees in a Plant that we have already sold to another company?
