egulatorI started a thread a while back on my 2002 explorer ltd. All wheel bearings have been replaced(2 of them twice). The noise you hear in the rear could be the torque converter(replaced as well). Also had to replace front and rear springs. The passenger window stopped going up, so had to replace regulator etc. Nice ride, but becoming expensive to maintain. I forgot to mention that my heater just stopped working as well.

Try out bridgestone duelers. Great tires with an aggressive tread.

Apparently my best option is to replace both converters with aftermarket. All of the oxygen sensors have already been replaced.

Dear Mr Know it all. Just a few years ago the plant had to shut down all of the water fountains at OAC. I bet you were drinking the free bottled water the plant provided.

I don"t recall mentioning seeking security. Supporting the product you build is not a new concept. Making negative coments doesn't do the company, or the people that work for the company any good.

Without car commercials, the consumer would not know about the newest vehicles available. Advertising is the most important aspect of selling a product to the public. Without advertising, the consumers will not be aware of the products available.

OAC's current situation isn't the only situation to be thought about. How many plants has ford idled or closed in the last couple of years. Chicago can build everything we have, or are going to get in the next few years, so suck it up.
