  1. Incidental and overlapping capabilities=helping hands.....2 Umpire decisions made years ago enforces this concept. Nothing new. The company never enforced this before and you bet you will see it in the future. Local 600 did not make this aggrement it has been national for years.....
  2. The people will come with thier classifications only if there are openings. If no openings with current held classification they could go to work available at any Rouge building.
  3. Wrong.............The Skilled Trades that were in GEN went voluntarily to do the balance out of the 3.0 liter until December. The D 35 is still traditional with production doing production and trades doing trades work. If you truly are at Lima why would you twist the truth.......
  4. The a-plan is available to all employees taking any package retirement or termination for life.
  5. Message Forwarded From dora_candelario [/b] WHERE'S MY CHILD SUPPORT??????? I Hope there's someone out there that can HELP my five children....My children currently have a support order $939.00 a month . My ex- husband (EDWIN CANDELARIO) has a yearly income of $76, 000.00. Of that 76, 000 my children only receive $12, 000 of that. Currently, he is almost $8,000. behind. Can someone please tell me WHY my children DON'T receive the support they are entitled too????? But yet can be found at a local bar on 28th St. in Lorain.... CSEA says that FORD'S to blame for this, Is this true??? CSEA says that it's a waiting game.... Would someone there like to explain to my five children why mom cannot give them the life they had grown accustomed to. My income alone doesn't provide all the necessities for their everyday life...... WHY does FORD not give a good FAX number to CSEA in order to send a wage withholding???? All I wanted a simple divorce through the UAW and couldn't get that. I didn't want a dollar in alimony.... I only wanted a van to transport the children that was paid for so I could have it in my name.... And the child support that they deserve.... All I wanted was OUT, I wanted to correct the mistake I made and give my children a better life, a life of peace, of love, and no abuse.... I feel sorry for so many fathers that make an effort to take care of their children and some women are vindictive.... This is DEFINITELY not the case..... I hope FORD reads these post because this gives FORD and responsible FORD workers a bad name.... I was blessed to have received a divorce finalalized 8/17/06, thank God for him not complying with court orders..... All I want is what's fair, nothing more and nothing less... I feel my children have been slapped in the face by FORD And EDWIN...... COMPLY WITH COURT ORDERS, I DID!!!!!!!!!!! THIS INFORMATION IS ALL TRUE, I HAVE THE COURT DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE TO PROVE IT..... Also, he had the children removed from the insurance because he failed to provide a COB... How hard is it to file taxes and to comply with court orders.... Currently my children have no benefits and have medical conditions.... If anyone sees him please inform him of this blog...... This is very unfortunate I have to resort to the internet for answers.... My next step is the local papers, and news media.... INVESTIGATIVE REPORTING..... PLEASE HELP!!!!!! DORA TOLENTO P.S. I'm hoping someone in the payroll Dept at Dearborn or at the OHIO ASSEMBLY PLANT will receive this........ Thank you so much... Gee I wonder why he left........I do feel sorry for the Kids
  6. There is no gaurantee even if there are open reqs to DTP. Things can always change at the last minute. For Skilled Trades the Rouge Site is your plant, not one specific plant. The 3 Trades Units are Plantwide (Rouge Site).
  7. I understand the company wide buy outs were announced mid September. The locations where people were to be retiring and getting packages effective Oct 1st could be offered the newer packages. Not gospel but just the way I understood the reason.
  8. Note::Contract maintenance are UAW represented at Dundee. Check it out!!!!!!
  9. Try this link for Trades and locations....... http://www.uaw1111.org/flow-back-project.htm
  10. Heres a little something that may help...... http://www.uaw1111.org/flow-back-project.htm
  11. Why are you YELLING ???
  12. The Union has been negotiating COAs at a alarming rate. When I read these agreements no one as of yet has been laid off or sent to a previous classificaton. The have been protected. But they will not replace any more of said classifications. Hope that helps.......
  13. The agreement was posted here a few weeks ago. From what I remember The Hilo mechanics are red circled meaning they will not hire anymore mechanics. Quit, die or retire is the only way to reduce them. So no layoffs. Also stated the Pipefitters will share the duties of the AC Repairman. Nothing more. Same buyouts as everyone else.
  14. Lots of low seniority in all of the Rouge Complex buildings for production. Lots of low seniority in GEN for trades. If you are relocating to a production job at the Rouge 6 to 8 years seniority will get your choice of shifts.....
  15. You will not be kicked out of your plant. They will only back fill if GEN is depleted and the is a open req.
  16. This is simple.... You have to be a active employee to be elgible for a buy out or incentive. Since you are retired you are not active. The retro was for the sites that had buyouts in progress and the window was closed and the people that had 10-1 and 11-1 buyout dates they were made retro to offer all of the new incentives.
  17. The Wizard has inside info. Things change quickly. He is giving what can at the time he gets the info.....So everyone else that bashes the Wizard is jealous and lash out against him. Wizard has all of the sweet hook ups.....
  18. 40 Millwrights bumped back from Rouge Steel 2 years ago putting low seniority Millwrights in GEN.
  19. I understand at the rouge there are 22 G/Ws, 5 T/S, 15 P/PF, 4 Carps, 22 M/Ws in GEN. No Electricians in GEN. What trade are you????
  20. The 4 10 schedule (3 crew) will require Skilled to go on the 7 day agreement. This schedule will not change the trades yearly hours worked or income levels. The 4 10 schedule is designed for producing peak production #s. Not to take away from Skilled Trades.
  21. True....You are on SWW until you aquire 30 years then retire.
  22. This is what the 2007 contract is going to look like. Everyone cries on here about the fake medicals and restricted employees getting all the cleaner, crib attendant and material handling jobs. Guess what??? Your wish came true. These people will work the line or be out of a job. The Rouge people voted for thier future. Sure wish TCAP, NAP, AAP and Wixom could do the same......
