Chassis is constantly out in lot campaigning cars because of the poor quality work your groups put out, so who's marginal? What a waste of money. Union should have made Group Leaders management because they're definitely not UNION.

I don't buy it. If the Union doesn't make a stand we"ll all be making less than $20 an hour with NO retirement. You support it because you're getting a raise. Your willing to sell your own future out for your own greed.

I agree. Ask the IUAW to see their contract with the company. I'm sure you'll see raises included in it.

Either way the point is the same. King and the rest of the Executive board thought they needed a raise but don't think we the membership deserve a raise. Corporate mentality at its best.

We don't expect everything back but some of it would be nice. Ford seems to be able to give everyone a raise except those of us on the line. Keep selling your future out. If Ford continues this way the traditional employees will be wiped out within the next 10 years.
