  1. Then again... it looks like color code KU may mean something!!! https://www.paintscratch.com/touch_up_paint/Ford/1996-Ford-Bronco-Indigo-Blue-Metallic-Clearcoat-KU-M6802.html
  2. Don't know if it means anything, but the Indigo Blue on this 96 F250 has the same KU color code as the new Area 51 color listed for the Bronco.
  3. As HRG suggested, Area 51 may be a shade of Blue.
  4. From Donlen Fleet... Ford Blue/Lincoln Blue Diamond is being discontinued: 2020 Ford Explorer (B6)-Rich Copper PN4GJ, (FT)-Blue Metallic PN4FT, and (BN)-Silver Spruce PN4GN paint final orders due 2/20/2020
  5. https://www.automotivetouchup.com/touch-up-paint/ford/2021/all-models/ Sort by model... enjoy! Note: Many of the example color swatches are WAY off, so just use as a reference for the 2021 color names and codes.

  7. From Mach-E site: Infinite Blue Metallic Tinted Clearcoat $400 Looks like this site already has the 2021 Ford and Lincoln colors for each model: https://www.automotivetouchup.com/touch-up-paint/lincoln/2021/aviator/
  8. Hopefully the units that were sent offsite got some extra TLC and will be perfrect!
  9. From Donlen, Ford Production Updates: 2020 Lincoln Aviator (B6)-Crystal Copper PN4GJ & (FT)- Blue Diamond PN4FT paint final orders due 2/20/2020 Did some searching and it looks like Ford Blue/Lincoln Blue Diamond will be replaced by Infinite Blue for the 2021 MY. Infinite Blue is one of the Mach-E tinted clearcoat color options.
  10. True, that's why I check them out in the delivery rows at the back lot... before they are even touched or serviced. A top notch dealer will show their retail customers any flaws before repairing them, then make sure they're happy with the results.
  11. During my long wait I've stopped by my dealer numerous times to check out the new arrivals. With all the negative press I was expecting to find some major defects or at least a bunch of minor ones, especially on early builds. But fit and finish on all of them since the first load in July has been impressive, just as good as the other models like Navigator and Nautilus.
  12. I would be more upset about this. If Lincoln Concierge gave you a $2500 discount certificate but your dealer only allowed $1500... does that mean your dealer took a $1000 cut of your goodwill discount offer?
  13. It looks like the heads up display is a one piece module located directly under the top dash cover, so I don't think replacing it will require disassembly of the entire dashboard. But it appears the modules are on back order: Part#: 19G468 Usages: 05/06/2019, CTV Lincoln Aviator 2020-, With Advanced Heads Up Display Item is currently on back order. Contact Your Dealer to check on part availability. Your Price: $1,376.24 MSRP: $1,529.16
  14. https://www.motor1.com/news/394854/mahindra-roxor-changes-front-design/ Jeep should have let it slide... they may sell even more with the updated styling.
  15. Exactly, that's why Mahindra didn't consider making the Roxor street legal... but as basic as it is the price can still exceed $30k with accessories. The Bronco will offer far more bang for the buck.
  16. The market already offers your dream 4x4... doesn't get any simpler than this: https://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/a28675796/mahindra-roxor-4x4-drive/
  17. https://techlink.mynetworkcontent.com/?p=7276 Find a dealer or tire shop that has a road force tire balancer and have them rebalanced... especially if you have 22" wheels.
  18. Fast forward one year since this post and it doesn't seem like they even care about getting a Lincoln to customers in a timely manner. My Aviator production date was December 5th, it's been released/awaiting shipment since December 28th, the original ETA was first week of January and the ETA Disposition has been manually adjusted three times since then... to first week of February, then third week of February and now mid March. What could possibly cause a released Lincoln to sit on a ramp awaiting shipment for 2 1/2 months (or maybe longer)? Dealer is only 430 miles from CAP... I could drive it in 7.5 hours.
  19. http://leakylugnut.com/hvac/hvac-system/ The heating coil is always at engine temp... the position of the blend door(s) determines the air temp coming out of the vents.
  20. How is the interior/exterior fit and finish? Did you find any other issues yet?
  21. Trackers are working again!!! Yours is now shipped convoy/in transit... but mine is still awaiting shipment and eta slipped yet again to third week of Feb. It was released on Dec 28.... wonder why it's taking so long to ship? Yours is ahead of mine now!!!
  22. The jump isn't from the tranny and it's very comon with modular hybrids. The modular system basically uses the same engine and tranny from the gas models, but with an additional housing bolted between them that contains the electric motor and clutches that contol which motor(s) drive the tranny. Under certain conditions the engagement/disengagement of the clutches can be felt and it's difficult to completely tune out all of the harsh transitions. It's also something you'll learn to minimize as you become familiar with its driving dynamics. The big advantage of this system is the ease of adding it to other rear drive models, from Mustangs to Super Duties.
  23. Did you get the update from your dealer or an online tracker? Online trackers quit working for me several days ago... either says not authorized or shows a pop-up requiring a user name and password.
