  1. I've driven a RRSS (supercharged). It drove nicely. I haven't driven an X5 though to compare. My mom also drove the non-supercharged version of the RRS and felt that they were pretty similar driving/accel.-wise.
  2. Yuck. I do agree w/ you about that Sdoka's design.
  3. See the US (NAIAS) Verve concept. That's a likely indication of what US products will begin to look like, with the exceptions of the trucks and SUVs, and certain CUVs (likely Edge, Flex Explorer).
  4. Were my posts deleted? I could've sworn I posted in this thread a few days ago, but they're not here anymore.j EDIT: I found the thread I had replied in......it had the same Falcon spy shot, that's why I thought I had posted here.
  5. Yes, but in this case, Fiesta has been established for some time now in Europe, thus the Fiesta name sticks for the world. And I agree with that.....that the product should have one name globally. I'm still curious as to what will happen with the Fusion and Mondeo names once their product lines are merged. In that case, I think it'd be best to have separate names. Ford switching names on another product wouldn't go over too well in the US, IMO.....along with the fact that Fusion is a competative entry and will only be more competitive w/ its MCE coming up......it would make people think Ford has failed again, so they're starting over. Toyota didn't kill the Camry and Corolla badges when nobody bought them decades ago, and look at where they are today.
  6. Well, in Camry's case, the "T" badge and "Camry" name sell the thing. Hmmmm, maybe Ford should put a modified "T" and call Fusion "Camrie" to spur sales? That'd be an absolute disgrace.
  7. Kill switch!! Haha That's Ford's version of iDrive!!
  8. Come to think of it, I may have seen a 300 front clip on a Magnum, or maybe it was just highly customized, I can't remember. I have seen pictures of the 300 "Magnum" though....back when people thought it may be produced here.
  9. Interesting law, but it's smart, especially in torrential downpours....the ones where you cant see a thing, then at least you can see the taillights of the vehicle in front of you.
  10. Just because one has auto-lights doesn't mean they're always gonna use them. Some may still turn the knob and forget to turn them on. I know occasionally (during the day, though) when I want the guages illuminated on a dark day, but don't need the headlights, I'll turn on the parking lights, but that's a different situation.
  11. I've noticed the same thing near me. One vehicle I remember was an Acura MDX. Same situation, the guages were on, but only the running/parking lights were on outside the car.
  12. The headlight setup reminds me of the old Chevy Suburban.
  13. Man, beat me to it......by about 12 hours. http://www.leftlanenews.com/volvo-xc60.html
