I don't like the front end either. I dont like the grille or how the bumper appears to 'melt'/blend into the fog lamps. I like how Ford has the black housing around them that fills the space between the bumper/foglamp.
I don't know, I kinda like that. This may be a stupid question, but what is is retro of? If Camaro, no, it doesn't work.
It makes me think of the recent Thunderbirds.
I agree with you, the switch should be illuminated.
What about the window lock button or the mirror controls? Do you think they should be illuminated as well?
It was, but it was determined that the Mark LT would no longer fit in with Lincoln's new image, thus it's being discontinued and replaced by the Platinum F-150 (which looks very nice).
I hope you're joking. Ford did the same thing when they were testing the Flex. They put a new front end on a stretched Freestyle. Now they're doing that with the Lincoln version.
No need to worry, the Lincoln MKT will be based on the Flex.
I can't remember which engine it will be, but there will be a new engine of some sort debuting 6 months after the truck's launch, with additional engines following frequently after that.
I figured it was with all the things it did in the video demo. I'm getting tired, so I think I'll go soon. Tata (JLR haha!) for now.
I'd say 143 posts and knocking a few people down the post chain is good enough for one day, wouldn't you?
I agree. I think it'd be good for Lincoln to have an Escalade EXT competitor. Maybe Mercury should get one, I dont know though. I agree with you about dropping the B-series.
Sorry, I should've clarified. I've seen that video. I mean a close-up frontal picture like the ones above.
I assume that is the 'next-gen' nav system as well (Flex/MKS)?
I see, well, in that case then, I agree with you, it should be illuminated. Maybe Ford figures you're able to feel where the dial is in relation to which illuminated icon it's pointing to?
