Sorry I guess you haven't been paying much attention lately. Ford Canada right now has the highest labour rate on this planet and are threatening to pull out of canada if we dont make huge concessions. right now Ford U.S. has a large cost advantage over us not to mention Mexico, china,brazil, so quit your whinning about people willing to do if for less because you already are. We will have to give some back but we will fight it without maintaining our proportional foot print as G.M. and Chrysler commited to. We all want to work with dignity.

With our negotiations starting up again on monday and you guys (local 707) voting it down last may, maybe they will use a shut down as a way of influencing the vote through miss-communication. ie: missing the vote or not knowing how the concessions will effect us.
