Skilled trade especially mechanial trades get screwed in this contract. We have a few daydreamers on this board that believe more jobs means more skilled trades. There is nothing in this contract that adds trades jobs the name of the game is consolidation. Ford wants less tradesmen and they will put you on the line at a lower pay rate than GM. Im finding it hard to believe 45% were in favor of this pos contract.
