Anyone know if it's true that S550 production has been delayed? It originally said 8/11 but now people are saying 8/18 or I've also heard 9/22.

Any updates? The wait is killing me. I saw on another forum that specs will be released in 3-4 weeks and order banks pushed back to May 20th. Is this true, ice-capades? Thanks for all the info.

Doesn't that sort of go against the OneFord plan? I know people in the states that would consider a diesel Mustang. I'd like to see them eliminate as much differentiation as possible across regions.

Hola 2b2!! ice-capades, I have the same questions as 2b2 and thanks for this info. Someone at mustang6g spotted this post but I thought I'd get it straight from the source. Needless to say, they are very interested in the production timeframe over there I really like the site BTW. :happy feet:

This is some great info ice-capades. I am really hoping that July timeframe is for deliveries and not the on-sale. I'm already running out of patience!!

Agree. Judging by the reactions on other forums, I'd say this one will take even less "getting used to" than the others. People who initially were not thrilled seem to be warming up to it already.

Ford better keep the LEDs standard on the Mustangs too. I've read talk about them possibly going back to halogens for some trims on the 15's. That would be a shame and a big step backwards IMO.

I believe Pericak said that they would consider diesels for the Mustang one day? Not sure how I'd feel about that.
