Wow, cheaper than what I thought it be. The standard model comes decently equipped for only 51k. Although I have to say, 19” wheels have never looked as small as they do on the standard. I agree that the reserve seems like the best deal, especially with the reserve 1 package.

well here’s the real deal. I imagined it would look better from the original pic. The rear is about as bad as it gets and the front isn’t much better.

What are Lincoln’s sales demographics? Most of the company names listed seem like they cater to women. If that’s what your target market is then go for it.

The escapes wheels look pretty similar to those on the Kia telluride.

Well that’s about the most boring suv I’ve ever seen. Looks more like a wagon than an suv. I can’t imagine this selling well.

Finally saw my first new Silverado today. This one was an LT trailboss. It was a dark blue color with the black front and wheels. I thought it actually looked pretty good.

Yep, I agree. That’s part of the reason I posted this because at least in the pic, it looks to be larger than the trax, encore, eco sport , etc

In my opinion, the problem with Cadillac is their designs doesn’t age well.

I am completely aware that it has more features, but looking at it from the outside, it doesn’t really stand out. In fact, watching the live stream yesterday I kept wondering what trim they were in because none of them looked more luxurious then the other.

Exciting to hear the ranger will have bronco design cues.

I just don’t get the “top level trim” vibe from the platinum. This looks like a base explorer with shiny wheels. I can’t see myself paying 50k+ for this over the xlt.

Well there is one positive out of that, the screen has taken all the attention away from the grille!

best looking one by a mile. All the cheap black cladding also blends in better when everything else is black. Also the touchscreen doesn’t look that bad in this pic.

I am not a fan of chrome either, but the horizontal lines with the honeycomb is too busy to me. I’d much prefer the plain honeycomb in gloss black, which I’m sure will appear on the ST.

Yeah, but I think it’s worth it. Fords screens have been behind the competition for a while now. I rode in a friends Jeep Grand Cherokee the other day and it’s screen was so clear. It looked to be hd and made fords look like sd. Not to mention the graphics used were much better.

I was hoping for better honestly. The chromed honeycomb grill looked ok, but the other one with the honeycomb and horizontal bars looks terrible. The 10” center screen looked like an after thought. If you don’t like the tablet look, you are gonna hate this. I was also disappointed in the wheels. They looked similar to the titanium wheels on the current escape. And all that plastic cladding made what I assumed to be a platinum model look cheap. i will say the one bright spot was the 12” gauge cluster. That looked awesome and it’s seriously making me consider waiting on a ranger lariat until it comes with that.
