  1. I have a 22 F350 SRW 6.7 with 4x4, I’m getting a combined 16.7mpg right now with mostly city roads and highways not a ton of interstate driving. Took delivery 8/9 and have just over 2k miles.
  2. So far only thing I’ve towed is our camper. Bought this camper when we had an F150 ecoboost but decided to upgrade due to payload. Pulls like a dream.
  3. I’m hooking buy a console safe for my 2022 F350 but the manufacturer currently only lists up to 2021 super duty safe available. Can anyone confirm if the 2022 has the same console for sure as the 2021?
  4. My 2014 F150 I bought new that I just traded for my 22 F350 had the factory spray in liner. Now I didn’t abuse it but it got tested and it held up great. Had the factory one put on my new truck as well
  5. First off I would like to thank you for what you do. In no way is your service something we as strangers on the internet deserve, but I think I speak for myself and everyone who has asked you to track their order (even those rude ones and ones who don’t read/follow the rules) thank you very much! I think you would be a deserving salesman for anyone in this forum. And by request…. I mean as set forth by rule 14, here’s they payoff. The wait was definitely worth it! Again, thank you!
  6. And now I’ve taken delivery, it was worth the wait!
  7. Was going to eat after church today and there was a delivery truck at the dealership which was right next door. Matched the vins and it just dropped my truck 8 days early! Obviously have to put the hub caps and stuff on but it’s here!
  8. From what I’ve read it’s only 20-21s built between 8/2020-5/2021

  11. Well I just submitted 8 and you weren't wrong about the emails, calls and texts. I've got my order shipped with an ETA of 8/10-8/16. figured it was worth a try if it could save me $2k. Fingers crossed

  13. If you really pay attention to weight and weight ratings by the manufacturer and want to be within all manufacturer recommended safe limits, and if you’re looking at a 5th wheel that will come very close to maxing out your payload one last thing to consider is those kids will grow and so will their bikes and what not. Of course that’s assuming you will keep that combo for some time. Just things to consider as it’s not what I’ve thought about in the past and am now trying to future proof our vehicle by maximizing payload and such.
  14. Thanks for the update, is it normal for vehicles that have window stickers say convoy be shipped via rail? Only reason I ask is I’m in East TN and it literally went right past here to go to GA. Logistics man it’s hard to grasp some times
  15. Bump for update kind sir, and thank you once again. VIN: 1FT8W3BT5NEC05575
  16. Dude mine was built 7/21 and my estimated delivery is 8/10-8/16 and I’m 3 hours away from the plant. Consider your delivery time good haha
  17. I wouldn’t be as worried about being comfortable or not as I would about legality. I’m not DOT inspector or state police but I definitely don’t want to get caught over payload,GVWR,GAWR, or GCWR just cause the truck can handle it.
  18. this all matches what I’ve experienced so far other than the average of 3 days. I feel like now days with the vehicle shortage in general that timeframe could vary wildly due to the amount of time it will take to fill a transport truck. Mine has been sitting on a ramp 3 hours away since 7/24 and hasn’t moved and apparently Ford doesn’t expect it to move soon cause my estimated delivery is 8/10-8/16. Either way I’m glad mine has already shipped just don’t hold your breath when it updates to shipped. Some have already been delivered in less than 3 days after having updated to shipped while they estimate 3 weeks for mine. Just as a side note my dealership is only 280 miles from the plant and dealer states under normal circumstances their super duties come next day via truck. Window sticker also says convoy. It’s anyone’s guess as to these shipping methods right now.
  19. Does the Ford plant load rail cars to nearby rail yards to be off loaded onto trucks? Window sticker says convoy (dealer said their vehicles normally come on truck from the factory since the dealership is only 280 miles from the plant) but this is the most recent tracking info I’ve received which indicates rail. In Transit - Received - LSW31113 (Norfolk Southern Corp ) Ramp 8P, Shelbyville Mc, KY Jul-24-2021, 07:36 ET.
  20. Bump for update please, VIN 1FT8W3BT5NEC05575 As you mentioned earlier the microchip restraints, is it safe to assume once it updates to shipped it is complete with all required modules and chips? Thank you again
  21. Mine showed built 7/21 and just updated this morning on fords tracker as shipped!
  22. What was the time frame for you between the “awaiting shipment” update and the first “in transit” update?
  23. Dang I’m 4 hours away from the plant and my estimated date online is 8/16. Be nice to get it sooner
  24. So I actually text my dealer today for an update because the online tracker shows built, he informed me that it states "awaiting shipment". Now I'm not sure if its because of his limited view being his dealership only while this forum is international with Canadian buyers but he stated he wouldn't get too excited thinking it may be needing a chip. The reason I was looking at the vehicle locator thread was to see at what point in the process it stalled at while awaiting chips, was it "production" or did ford just move them to "built" and let it sit while waiting on chips. The reason for asking is in another thread titled chip update ice-capades said he spoke with his VP/GM and his dealership has signed up to receive vehicles from Ford then install the chips at the dealership level when they become available I'm guessing to get vehicles on lots as well as ford running out of storage places for incomplete vehicles. It seemed like vehicles were stalling in the "in production" status due to cyberdman's posts but just wondering if they're now just marking them as built and shipping them out to be completed at a later date or if they will still leave vehicles that are not complete in the "in production" state until they are by definition actually complete.
