  1. I have a 2022 F350 Lariat, and pull a 5th wheel with tires, according to the sidewall, are 123psi cold. I run 120. I also have the Ford TPMS, with camera, mounted on the trailer. Both work flawlessly. Pressure reads into the 140's.
  2. Had a similar issue with my 22 F350 Lariat, when I picked up a new 5th wheel. Lights would not work, except right rear brake light. Dealer was adamant it was in the truck. So off to the Ford dealer I went. Talked to a tech from the back, he was adamant it was in the trailer. Headed home. Call Grand Design. They said to go over all the wiring in the trailer. I did find a wire that was not seated all the way in the lighting module on the trailer. Made the repair, and it has worked ever since. The trucks are sensitive to any wiring feedback it doesn't like. With these Ford's, it's all about the truck. Also, when driving down the road, sometimes I will hit a bump, and the "Trailer Disconnected" warning will come on. But it seems to clear itself. So, you're not alone.
  3. Ford has a Towing guide available for all their trucks. You can find the difference between Gas and diesel engines and different gear ratios. I have a 2022 F350 6.7 diesel, SRW, 8 ft bed. I pull a 5th wheel that ways 12,000 lbs empty. In my opinion, 6.7 diesel is the only way to go.
  4. Here is my experience with the TPMS/Camera kit I installed on my 5th wheel. I have a 2022 F350 Lariat. Love my truck. IT HAS THE SYNC 4. TPMS works the same as you describe yours. The camera (hardwired) works like this: When the truck is put into reverse, the center screen brings up the tailgate camera. Always. There is a physical button above the center screen, looks like a camera, R/S. When you push the button, choose the aux camera. that brings up the trailer camera. When traveling on the road, push the same button, and the center screen shows the back of the trailer, great for passing. Push it again, and the center screen reverts back to normal. I hope this helps, and the explanation is clear.
  5. I used Flood Ford on my 2022 F350. Best price when I did my research.
  6. Update....... Transferred the Ford TPMS & camera system over to new 5th wheel. Purchased new valve stems from Nichols Welding. They accommodate the Ford TPMS. The PSI and temperature readings work as they should.
  7. 2022 F350 CC, LB, Diesel..... Love my Truck Bought a new 5th wheel. I had previously installed the camera/TPMS package from Ford accessories on the old trailer. Old trailer had 16 inch wheels and 80 psi tires. TPMS system worked great. Moving it to new 5th wheel. New trailer has 17.5 inch wheels and a PSI tire rating of 123 psi (yes, 123) The ford TPMS sensors has a rating of 125 psi. Has anyone used the sensors on tires with the max 125 psi rating? any issues? Thanks in advance.
  8. LOVE THE RESPONSE FROM twintornados!! Almost spilled my coffee from laughing. Happy Fathers Day to ALL.
  9. Maybe a pool noodle or a piece of pipe insulation will temporarily help. Cut to size.
  10. I've added the TPMS/Camera package to my 2022 F350 within the last 6 months. There was a module that had to be added near the front of my 5th wheel, to get the TPMS to work. I believe you can get a sensor kit without the camera. I hope this helps. Love the forum. Thanks to everyone.
  11. I have a 22 F350 with 5th wheel package and UTT back up assist. I would like to add TPMS for my 5th wheel. Part number LC3Z1A189B. Looking for any feedback from the group on how the install went and how satisfied you are. Thanks in advance.
  12. I agree. The LED fog lights on my 22 F350 terrible. Maybe they're not charging enough.......?
  13. Which Dashcam did you installed. Great video.
  14. I am getting more discouraged every week. I place an order 8.31.2021 for a F350 SRW Lariat Package, and haven't gotten anything from Ford, other than the original email indicating they have received my order. The dealer isn't any help. Luckily, I've held onto my 2017 F250, I may need to use it for the camping season this year. Ford needs to communicate better with people that have placed orders.
  15. New to the Forum, Love the information given by all. Ordered an F350 Lariat August 31st. Still no word from Ford as to a build date. Somehow, either by Ford, or my Dealer, the spray-on bedliner and the tonneau cover from my order, were dropped. Still have the fifth wheel package on it. Seems to be a whole bunch of people waiting.
