  1. Should be where you hold your key fob if the battery in the key fob dies, and would still be able to start the truck.
  2. Ours is headed in on Tuesday at 9am. Service tech put in the appt. "PROGRAM ???" I wrote down all the reference numbers to educate him when I get there. ?
  3. Just saw a new message in the FordPass app today related to this topic: A Note About Remote Commands - saying the remote features are not yet available, and they are working on implementing.
  4. I have this same issue. My dealer said another truck that was delivered in July also has this same issue. It will be going in soon for them to check it out. Searching the internet, seems others have had similar issues, and had varying causes, from bad gateway module to bad wiring harness. So, at the moment, don't have an answer, but seems to be a problem.
  5. Ordered 1/19 scheduled email 5/13 scheduled 6/20 built 6/27 delivered to dealer 6/30 picked up 7/1 then put 1,700 miles from Michigan to Montana Awesome ride!
  6. Don’t trust the emails and status. Mine was scheduled week of 20th of June. Built on 27th, and arrived at my dealer in Michigan on 30th. Picked it up on July 1st, and drove to Montana. Sweet ride!
  7. Had the "Build Week June 20th" email a couple weeks ago. Still no Build Day email. However, when I checked the tracker this morning, it now says 'In Production' and check your Window Sticker Below. When I check Window Sticker, still says not available. I guess this is progress....... ?
  8. Ahhh, well.... Was originally scheduled to be built next week. But no further information yet..... Based on the delay in scheduling, and the articles about production being scaled back, I assume at 4:01pm I'll get the email bumping production to another week later this summer...... ? We will see.

  10. Yay! Got my email this morning. Scheduled for week of June 20th. Have BAP, 5th Wheel, Moon Roof. Unfortunately, won't be in time for our July vacation, but, maybe a nice surprise when we return from vacation! Ordered: Jan 19th, 2022 Scheduled Email: May 12th, 2022 Tent. Build: June 20th, 2022

I was finally able to get reimbursement for the replacement of the DEF Heater/Sender Unit (2 years ago) and the EGR Cooler (6 months ago) based on the updated Customer Satisfaction Programs for each. Just deposited! Thank you Ford for taking care of your customers when something like this happens!
  12. @Forddaddy, this is likely the dealer not understanding how to change the priority. Sounds like your dealer just wants to placate you with talking points, instead of investigate/do their job.
  13. I had mine replaced a while back because it went bad. No issues since, however, now trying to get the reimbursement now that I have 'the letter'.
  14. Yes, it is interesting that I am getting anxious about whether they will actually be scheduling next week or not, versus whether I will actually be scheduled. Hoping for some sort of progress is better than nothing, I guess!

  18. Talked to my dealer today. No updates from his side, but he was able to update my priority to 10. He said this used to mean more, but at the moment, unless regional/corporate updates lower than 10, anything between 10-19 is essentially same priority.
  19. I received the $2,500 in mid-January via email. It is the one that others have discussed that is good for orders or take delivery of dealer stock by April.
  20. Here’s an ominous thought: you think any of these February orders that are already scheduled is Ford making the “Order your custom Ford” campaign good for the new customers?
  21. My Z-Plan pricing comes out to ~$75k on a 250XLT optioned out to ~$83k.
  22. I thought the last round it took a few days after the 'Thursday' for people to get emails. Maybe in the next couple days we will see those scheduled today.
  23. Have always had the Truxedo trifold, like that it folds up to the front, with nothing on the bed rails, so as to not interfere with the fifth wheel in any way.
  24. UPDATE: Just heard back from Service dept at dealership. I should expect a notice from Ford, which will indicate how to get reimbursed if already serviced. Lucked out too. This bulletin extended coverage to 120,000 miles, we had it serviced at 115,386. ? Anyone else with a MY11-MY14 6.7 should have it replaced if still covered!
  25. Anyone hear about this for the MY11-MY14? Just had it replaced a few months ago, now wondering if I can be reimbursed.
