  1. Also has the potential for more profitable vehicle sales, for both Ford and its Dealers, with higher transaction prices and far fewer incentives.
  2. Ford Inventory Levels Will Not Return to Pre-Pandemic Highs https://fordauthority.com/2021/06/ford-inventory-levels-will-not-return-to-pre-pandemic-highs/
  3. The 1.5L isn't part of the 2022 Maverick and continued posts about it are off topic.
  4. The Job #1 Date for both the 2022 Escape & 2022 Lincoln Corsair is 11/01/2021. The order bank, scheduling and production timetables are posted in the 2022 Escape Production Information & 2022 Lincoln Corsair Production Information threads.
  5. Correction. Retail 2022 Super Duty orders starting scheduling last week as I posted in the Ford Scheduling Notes last week and again this Monday. Your Dealer doesn't know what they're talking about and screwing up your order by changing the order type and specifications which is costing you lost time in getting your order scheduled and costing you money by costing you the recent price increase. Unless you see the current order specifications and can confirm that they're correct, the truck that arrives may not be the truck you ordered. As I told you, don't put any value on messages from the sales representative. Deal directly with management, hold them accountable and get confirmation of the vehicle specifications in writing. 22MY Super Duty Startup Scheduling - Retail 22MY Super Duty orders began scheduling on June 3. Until the Okay to Buy has been achieved, orders will not ship.
  6. All this talk about the 1.5L has gotten boring. It's been beaten to a pulp!
  7. Bronco is still in the very early stages and it takes a year for an all-new model to be out on the road and visible in enough volume before it really starts to gain traction and get established. And with the Bronco, the majority of production the first year at least is going to fulfill all those retail orders for customers that are being so patient. We still don't know what the Maverick timetable is going to be. Hopefully we'll get that information soon in the weekly FDNB (Fleet Distribution News Bulletin) so we'll know what the Job #1 Date will be along with when the USOB (Unscheduled Order Bank) will be open. Dealers are doing the new allocation wholesale but unfortunately, the Maverick isn't part of it. The initial allocation for a new model or the start of a new Model Year covers a 2 month "system fill" allocation. As such, I'm not expecting a Job #1 Date until at least late September.
  8. I thought the best way to help answer a lot of the questions was to use WBDO to produce a couple of samples. The Maverick XL FWD Hybrid is pretty impressive price-wise.
  9. Attached and below is sample pricing for a 2022 Maverick XL FWD showing MSRP prices only. WBDO_2022 Maverick XL FWD_MSRP_Redacted.pdf
  10. The 2022 Maverick Price List PL215 has been released to Dealers and the Maverick has now been added to the WBDO (Web Based Dealer Ordering) system. Attached and below is sample pricing for a 2022 Maverick Lariat AWD showing MSRP prices only. Also includes all available DIO (Dealer Installed Options). 11. Ford Maverick compact pickup aimed at 'makers' and untraditional truck buyers Ford looking to expand truck sales with hybrid pickup https://www.foxbusiness.com/lifestyle/ford-maverick-compact-pickup-makers-truck-buyers
  12. True but the first version was out in mid-January and the Bronco is a lot more complex regarding specifications and available options, plus the updates related to late availability items.
  13. Makes me think of it as an SUV/CUV version of the Dodge Dart.
  14. I've always preferred using the factory Navigation but know that a lot of other drivers prefer using other systems like CarPlay, etc. There should never be a "preliminary" order guide for any vehicle and never has in the past. For a vehicle that's expected to go into production soon, the order specifications and option configurations should certainly have been set by now. I've never seen such a mess of an order guide and whoever was responsible should be held accountable. It doesn't even identify it as the 2022 Maverick Order Guide and is full of typographical errors, conflicting information and more. It's not like there wasn't time to review it and make corrections before it was released. Thee have been plenty of order guides for other vehicles that were released late but were correct when released.
  15. Thanks... the ACC is spelled out as Adaptive Cruise Control w/Stop & Go on the Packaged Options page.
  16. 2022 Maverick Hero Card 2022 Maverick_Hero Card.pdf
  17. And no Adaptive Cruise or Navigation available from what I've seen.
  18. 2022 Maverick - Early Recommended Ordering - Dealer Stock 2022 Maverick_FOCUS VEHICLES – EARLY RECOMMENDED ORDERING.pdf
  19. I'd suggest you get a current copy of your order so that you can confirm that the order type, priority code and specifications are correct.
  20. All the attention right now is on the 2022 Maverick and they're not going to let anything distract attention. The 2022 Expedition will get it's own PR time for another marketing cycle.
  21. Maverick is not available at all in the WBDO (Web Based Dealer Ordering) system.
  22. 2022 Maverick Order Guide Typical lack of attention to detail and just plain stupidity at Ford... The Maverick Order Guide file didn't have the Model Year designation which I added... and once you open the file... nowhere will you see the Maverick name! The order guide header on each page says... 2022 P758! Note: The order guide is full of errors and typo's... but interesting that the XLT Luxury Package (54L) includes a new Sprain-in Bedliner! 2022 Maverick Order Guide.pdf
  23. Before anyone asks... the 2022 Maverick Order Guide has not yet been released. I'll upload a copy as soon as it's available!
