Just curious. Is there a reason why you're not talking to your Dealer about your vehicle order status? Your Dealer has 24/7 access to the latest information and any updates to the order status.

It certainly doesn't seem that AutoNation Ford in Miami, FL is very efficient in their inventory management! Follow akirby's advice and talk to the Sales Manager directly or stop at the dealership. Is the 08/20 date a scheduled build date or ETA at the dealership? If it's the build date you can expect it to arrive at the dealership 2 weeks after production. If the order is scheduled your Dealer can provide you with the VIN number, etc.

This thread is intended to provide weekly production scheduling information, not vehicle order tracking requests. You should post your request, along with the appropriate order information (Dealer Code, Order Number) in the board for your vehicle model.

As Fuzzy stated, there won't be any advertising until shipping starts but possibly when production starts. In any event, Rangers won't arrive at dealerships until at least January 2019 and more likely February 2019.

Job #1 for the 2019 Lincoln MKX/Nautilus isn't until 09/04/2018.

If the Las Vegas dealership is telling you that your Mustang is scheduled they can give you the VIN number as well as the scheduled production week/day and the initial ETA at the dealership. The most recent 2019 Mustang scheduling was done on Thursday, June 28th for production the week of August 27th. Mustang scheduling will resume on Thursday, July 12th for production the week of September 3rd.

Ford management insists that the Fusion hasn't been cancelled and will be availble for at least another 3-4 years. In the meantime, the only 2019 Fusions available for stock in the New York Region (and Boston & Philadelphia Regions) are Hybrid & Energi models with all gas models restricted to retail and fleet orders.

Just looked at the Ford Vehicle Locator and there are 303 2018 F-150 Raptors at the closest 300 dealers including units in the plant and in transit. We sold our last Raptor 6-8 weeks ago and won't see our next one until late July or early August.

Per yesterday's FDNB (Fleet Distribution News Bulletin) PI UTILITY For the 2019 MY PI Utility the Government Sales Office will support contract extensions and rollovers that are required by contract and will consider those not required by contract. You can start submitting your requests for extensions and rollovers once pricing for 2019 MY becomes available. Since the 2019 MY will be the final year for the current model PI Utility and the final order due date is planned for 9/21/18, please notify your customers to get their 2019 MY orders in quickly to secure production allocation. We are anticipating that demand will far exceed production allocation and orders will be scheduled on a first come basis with preference to sold units (no orders for stock). I also expect that the early order deadline is so that Ford can give allocation priority to PI production to satisfy demand and then will use the balance of available 2019MY Explorer production for stock and retail production. If so, there will be less production allocation available for retail and stock order production.

Regular production is normally restricted to 10-12 exterior color choices. Fleet orders with paints available only to Fleet are normally held until a certain volume of the same color can be scheduled for production at the same time.

No reason not to expect the Hybrid powertrain on the consumer version of the 2020MY Explorer. Why spend the money on a new Hybrid powertrain for limited production (Police) units when the additional engineering and production expenses can be spread across the whole 2020MY Explorer model lineup? Besides, it fits with Ford's electrification strategy as previously announced.

I've added the 2020 Police Interceptor to the Explorer Order Guide Section and sent a note to Robert recommending that a new Police Interceptor/Responder Order Guide section be added where I'll be able to upload all the Police Order Guides for reference.
