I think the UAW would have a hard time convincing members to go with Obama over Trump. We all know he can run circles around Obama as to jobs, economy, business, fair trade, he has spent his life creating jobs from construction to executive, the UAW can not paint him as a repub. who hates labor unions. Trump has always used union labor through out his career. I don't know if he will get the repub. nomination, but I think he poses the biggest threat to Obama. They love him in New York, that blue state could become red!.......Other thoughts????

He's resurrected that birther nonsense.....an issue the US Supreme Court has thrown out more than once so he's off of my personal radar given that and the his bombastic style won't play well with a politically divided Congress.

If he can't produce a signed certificate with people knowing he was delivered in the US at a Hawaiian hospital, then like Mr. Trump says, it just didn't happen, and it's going to be the biggest scam ever revealed in US presidential history.

Do you honestly think that if the FEC (Federal Election Committee) revealed to the public that he had Muslim on his birth certificate he would have gotten elected? It's the reason why he spent millions in court to keep the certificate private, because his case was that he would have been discriminated against by all Americans for having that word on his certificate, so weather or not he was born here or in Kenya really isn't the issue here, it's why Obama spent millions in court to keep it from being revealed to the public at election time, or when he ran for the primary, is the question. The birth certificate for allowing him to be president is after the fact. If the election committee had something to do with hiding the information that he's a Muslim or not born in the US, it will be the biggest "SCAM" ever done and I guess it will set Obama up for a nice book when he packs his bags to go back to Chicago in 2012.

First of all Obama's Mother doesn't have anything to do where he was born, the grandmother is caught on audio tape saying he was born in Kenya. His mother went back to Kenya to be with her husband and that's where they had the baby. A certificate of live birth also is not a birth certificate. Anyone that has ever had to get a copy of a birth certificate because they lost it, knows this fact. I also looked at my own original birth certificate, and it has 3 signatures on it, and the hospital information with a serial number.

 

Obama won't show it because (again), it won't say born in USA on it.

 

I'm sure Trump is investigating in Kenya this issue, he has the money to send people down there to find out. The media can only talk about it. but you bet your ass someone with money like Trump is going to investigate it. While this has nothing to do with this thread, I am in shock!!!!!!!! It appears that there is almost as many UAW posters going against Mr Obama and the liberals as for them!!!!! I am very happy to see that UAW members have at least taken the stance that the liberals may not be all they are cracked up to be, as far as what is good for the union worker. Now as far as them being good for the union hierarchy, it is still the same, the dems are for them lock, stock, and barrel.

 

If the truth be told-------->Union hierarchy should be for repubs, cause the unions are far, far wealthier than many corporations or individuals who unions love to hate. But, the unions also know that the money train comes from the liberals, and so politics is what it is, and as long as liberals support that train, they have the unions in their back pocket.

Since I am neither dem or rep. I at least try to listen to what he has to say. I listened to him say in public that if we don't start bringing manufacturing back to this country we will die a slow death. he has stated the free trade agreements are unfair and should be abolished. He believes in a fair days work for a fair days wages and as others have stated solidly behind union workers. He also believes Obamacare will further hasten the demise of the nation.
