Suh Nation
How many games do you think the Detroit Lions will win this year? Will they win the Division and get into the Playoffs?
pullthecord
How many games do you think the Detroit Lions will win this year? Will they win the Division and get into the Playoffs? 7-9 3rd or 4th in the division. Failure to address their offensive line needs should hold this team back at least another year. The Lions are heading in the right direction, look out next year. They are building a winning team, it just takes a while.

Suh Nation
I think at least 8. They are in a tough division with the Packers and Bears. They are rising.

Armstrong
Stafford playing injury free is the only hope. If he plays to his potential the Lions will be division contenders
Suh Nation
Perhaps, the question is who wins the NFC North Division?

Suh Nation
Can't wait for the Lions vs. Patriots game tomorrow night. Pre-season, but prime time. I'll take it. Hopefully, they leave the D out there for a little bit, give Brady pressure.
Suh Nation
I know it's pre-season but the Lions look good. CJ just made a great catch. The D-Line is making Tom Brady look bad. Can't wait for Fairley and Vanden Bosch are out on the field. Look out NFL. Stafford great pass to Scheffler. Wow, they are playing the Patriots first team D. The Lions have one of the toughest regular season schedules, but we will see.

johnny 99
Why don't you start a sports forum and Leave this site to Ford news. I don't really care if this person wants a sports forum here. If he does, fine. Why do you keep badgering this guy? It makes you look foolish.
Marginal Economist
Why don't you start a sports forum and Leave this site to Ford news. I thought this was the political forum? I'd much rather see posts about the Lions than Michelle Bachman, Nancy Pelosi, or $9.99 sunglass specials.
Cocheese
That game was awesome . I loved the beating tom terrific took Good thing "tom terrific" is a proven playoff warrior. Take your shots when you can, because as NFL history tells us, the Eagles are doomed for failure.
Empire
Why don't you start a sports forum and Leave this site to Ford news. Nothing wrong with some sports topics on here. Especially with many Ford plants in sports towns. Kind of like the White Sox and Tigers pennant race going on right now. CAP against MAP............ I find these sports post more refreshing than the 100 political garbage postings on this site that only have 6 posters defending Bush and his 8 year sodomizing of America and its people

The Tigers and White Sox have a weekend series. It will be a good one. Can the Tigers pull farther away, will the Sox make it competitive? Great stuff.

We got Thome the Tiger killer.
Fatso
The Detroit Lions need to finish 8-8.Until they do that I am a doubter. The lack of a solid running game and mediocre linebackers and cornerbacks is a major concern.A winning record at home and finish 8-8 would make for a positive year. Suh Nation
Finishing 4-0 doesn't mean anything. Last time the Lions finished 4-0, they ended up with zero wins in the regular season. Granted, this team looks much better. Can't wait for Nick Fairley to be on the D-Line with Suh. Should be a good season.
Suh Nation
Nice win today. Don't understand Scott Linehan's play calling in the second half. Stafford was moving the offense at will making nice throws and you call run after run after run. The Lions are different, but the seem to fall into the same old play calling on the offensive side. Grim Reaper
A win is the main topic here. The stupid penalties showed up again!! Stafford is awesome and we have a great quarterback, finally in the D
