breaker
Has the return to production buyout been offered? If so what are the dates for the sign up period?
tooltime
Has the return to production buyout been offered? If so what are the dates for the sign up period? Explained to us that the $100,000 incentive window closes March 9th then the1 for 1 job postings (return to tools), then voluntary reskill electrician and Steam posting for the remaining excess if any then the remaining amout of trades will be offered $50,000 which is applicable to all trades in the excess classification Havent heard the total of trades taking the $100,000 incentive since last week but certainly should be above 500 in total. Was told reskill is on indefinite hold til buyouts are done. and not 1 for 1 replacement as they were getting ready to lay off more trades. We will see what happens. The union negotiated 25 reskill opportunities in the rouge and they are only on hold until April 1st to give us an option to sign postings for the 1 for 1 within our trade or take the reskilling
