2 weeks approximately according to Nick-o-lie. Stating the Master Bargaining Agreement the company is mandating it. Great job Nick. You have no balls. 10.7 is bad enough. Not minding the OT but it's really fucking weak. 4 hours after its all said and done doesn't add up for an 11 hour day.

sooo is afternoons going to start at 6 pm.???

from the AWS section of the CBA

"

Hours in Excess of Ten Per Shift/Crew

It was agreed that the Company may schedule mandatory production hours up to

10.7 hours per shift/crew to meet ten hour production schedules. It 's

Understood that scheduled production hours beyond 10.7 per shift/crew require

Mutual agreement of the local union and management."

Looks like you are correct. Nick has absolutly no balls. National language says by "MUTUAL" Agreement...that tells you that Nickyboy agreed with it. The company could NOT mandate it without the local unions approval.

Starting September 9th

Starts this coming Monday and ends on the 9th

It does not matter what Nick wants contractually they can force it for up to 4 weeks. Just read the language in our contract as he stated in the letter passed out Appendix H 9(a), or easier yet page 154 of Volume 1, has not changed from the 2007 contract so not having a new contract book yet can not be used as a valid excuse not to read for yourself.
