herbzman Posted March 27, 2015 Share Posted March 27, 2015 When my 2013 Lincoln MKZ car is started using the remote start button on the fob, the LED lights come on but when the car is put in Drive, the lights go off. Called local dealer who tells me DRLs can't be activated(or is it that he doesn't want to deal with it?). Does anyone know what is the procedure to activate the DRLs? According to the workshop manual, DRL is a programmable parameter in the BCM and IPC. The dealer will have to use IDS to enable them.
