JT32
Has anybody received a letter or phone call yet that was placed on ILO from MAP, and if so where? I have not, but 3 people i stay in touch with have, 2 at Rawsonville and 1 at Brownstown. I would like to keep this post going for those on ILO from MAP

JT32
I just got the call to report to Flat Rock about an hour ago What did it say, just for you to report to FRAP, or did it give you an option to accept or deny?
fuzzymoomoo
No option. It was a robo call with a recorded message that was about 5 minute long.
BigDeal
Did you sign for the lts openings or did they call you for permanent opening?
fuzzymoomoo
Did you sign for the lts openings or did they call you for permanent opening? There were no permanent openings. They want to bring as many of us back to MAP as they can before they make anything permanent.
fuzzymoomoo
The more I think about it, the more I really don't think any of us in this first group of ILOs will make it back there. I don't see there being that many openings, even with buyouts and transfers.

focusfrank
I see those flat rock lts spots becoming permanent eventually I can see those who went to FRAP and the other plants staying there permanently and the rest of the tier 2's who are still at MAP who were told that they would be there until September not leaving either

lastmanstanding
Low seniority at Brownstown is about 12 years. Maybe more. If you have less then that you will be bottom man. No 2 tier people there except the ones coming in from other plants........... Brother works there..........

lastmanstanding
After the contract Brownstown will be a 3rd tier warehouse! Don't think so, but I could see tier 2 being the norm over there. Just like a few other plants in the area. Someday it will be split "core/non-core" and all "non-core" will be tier 2.
