FCA's Mopar was going to get exactly what GMCH got but FCA showed some backbone and Mopar all of a sudden was included in the full pay scale. Think about this for those of you with 20+ years in, since they took the gravy jobs from the assembly plants wouldn't it be nice to transfer and spend your last 5-6 years in a parts plant not killing yourself every day? I think you all should have that option to enjoy your last few years without beating yourselves up on the way out. FCA stood up for all their people, GM did not, be a damn shame for us to roll over especially since I have been told and read that you guys ran leaders out of plants for trying to sell bullshit contracts. Flat rock people don't get on here and say you build the fusions that are hot selling cause you don't and if you did you would not be phasing out the Fusion at your plant. Vote Yes!!!!
