TheLemon
Everybody hear know that Anne Stevens and David Szczupak have retired recently… How come they sold all their shares on September 22th 2006? Do they know information that we don’t know? Have they lost total confidence in Ford’s future? Do they know that Ford will keep losing money? Do you think they sold all their shares to get some “petty cashâ€â€¦.. Why would they sell their shares at so low? Stevens, Anne EXVP Sell 64,223 $7.89-$0.00 Szczupak, David T. VP Sell 29,981 $7.75-$0.00 And while they sold their shares, Parker, John G group vice president, Asia Pacific and Africa, International Operations, effective September 1, 2006, bought 13,000 shares at $7.89…. Was this a promotion gift?
igor
Because a lot of Shares options are dependent on employment - if you retire or are fired, you get the current cash value.. They definitely did not have to sell all of their shares - but some were almost definitely dependent on employment. Paranoid much, or simply trying to pick any straw yo ucan grasp? Get a life. 92merc
Not only may they be required to sell, but can you say "ENRON". Ok, I knew you could. I wouldn't want all my retirement assets tied up in a single corporation.

BTW-I have heard that if you disassemble a Gen 3 Taurus heater plenum and line it with foil - shiny side in, of course - not only does it stop mold and mildew growth, but it sends a signal to the mothership! Noah Harbinger
The worst that's going to happen to social security is that benefits will be dropped to actual funding levels -- in other words, 77% of expected benefits. Basically, that is what you can plan on when you get your statement. Medicare... hmm... who knows what's gonna happen with that puppy.
