I was mainly furious about getting a condescending email from Ford that starts off saying "To ensure your complete satisfaction......". I mean really? They want to ensure my complete satisfaction by notifying me my truck is going to be delayed for at least another month if not more? He didn’t enter into any agreement with the rail company he entered into it with Ford. If you ship a package with UPS and it gets stuck somewhere, what can you do about it? Nothing.
