HarrisonIII
So I have been watching the ford tracking page for months now. I got to the built portion and my dealer told me it is waiting to be shipped with a eta of this week. I get to work this morning enter my info on the tracking page and get no results nothing opens up showing me my typical bubbles. I enter information on a coworker waiting on truck and his info shows up as it has in the past... anyone had this happen it just vanish? does it mean it has been delivered? I cant get InTouch with my dealer so i am reaching out here. Thanks
akirby
Why can’t you get in touch with the dealer? Call the sales mgr.

j2sys
Try back later, sometimes the tracking site has... issues. That is, presuming you're using https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking for the fleet order. When I enter my order # and VIN, it currently just refreshes the page so it's definitely the site having issues. rmc523
My Bronco order/build would appear and disappear for months
j2sys
It validates the VIN and order #, but never moves to the next screen where it shows the actual order status. If you mess up the VIN or order #, it's sure to let you know, though.
