Almost 2 months and no Ford rewards points

Is this normal? Purchased and picked up on 5/28/22. Still no points. Registered FordPass app upon pickup. Who do I contact ?

I had mine within a week.  Something isn't right.  I'd start with your salesman, that's who I dealt with on mine.

Check with sales, I know my dealer before they sold wouldn’t give them to you and instead will give you a free oil change from there aftermarket company called tri-pac

I was just at my dealer dropping my car off for service and overheard someone else talking about having the same issue. It seems there's a glitch in the processing system right now so there's a bit of a backlog.

Picked up my truck last Friday, got the points on Tuesday

I picked up my new truck yesterday, and had the points in my account this morning. All 42,000
