If the refrigerator was 30% the cost of the condo when new and the condo cost $900000 when built. BEV's the most costly component of the vehicle is the battery, next would be the motors and inverters. Battery costs are currently about 30% of the production costs of a BEV and not expected to get below 20% of the production cost until 2030.
