2023 Escape Hybrid battery Saver Mode

My Escape went into battery saver mode and a few days later the battery died.   my dealer replaced the battery ( 6 weeks ago) and now I am in battery saver mode again.  They are telling me that I don't drive the car enough but can't tell me what it will take go get out of battery saver mode. Does anyone have experience with this?

I have the same issue with my 2024 Escape Platinum Hybrid - 10 months old. Only 3,610 KM (2,243 MI). Also in battery saver mode. Issue became noticeable 2-3 months ago when we noticed that when we go into the garage - in the dark - and open the door, there are NO LIGHTS! NOTHING! Ridiculous! A couple of weeks ago I finally took it to the dealer - he said there is no problem and I need to drive it more!  Battery was at 44%. For the next week or 10 days I took it on a number of 25-30 minute drives. No change!  I took it back to the dealer and said I want a new battery. He said he can't do that if the battery is good and the charging system is OK! They checked it; everything fine; charged it for a while up to about 60%; and I picked it up. Result - still in battery saver mode; no lights at all when you shut it off - find my way into tyhe house in the dark. Same when I go out to start it - NO LIGHTS!  Well I'm reaally sorry Mr Ford - but my warranty doesn't say I have to drive it every day if I want to have full function! This is ridiculous. It's a well-known problem - and Ford's FIX is to stop building Escapes???   As a long-time employee; and now a 25-year retiree, I am embarrassed by this!  I have family members that I talked into Escape hybrids and they have the same issue!   Does anyone have name - somebody high up - that I can write to? I'm stuck with this lease for another 4 years and I'm totally fed up with this unexpected drawback!  HELP!
