NLPRacing
Leftlane News Link The article says the F150 will be first. I think the Fusion needs the Foose treatment more than the F150. I also think the Edge could really benefit from some Foose styling.
Mark B. Morrow
Cool idea. I like Foose's work.
ZanatWork
Just as long as the performance is also tweaked...paper tigers bore me.
Watchdevil
I think Chip needs to Foose up a Crown Vic... At least it would finally get some restyling...
waymondospiff
Great news. I'm hoping for a supercharged 3.0L Duratec AWD Fusion with 270 hp. A six-speed manual would just be gravy. 18" rims, subtle side skirts, black-out front grille treatment, and a killer silver/black color combination would make a hot car. I hope they look good and get some media attention. Good press & good showroom traffic for Ford. Good all around. Scott
RichardJensen
Ford won't give SVT their own shop to build products, instead they insist that SVT products be built on the line (the GT 500 goes down the line at AAI, and must be assembled in the same amount of time as any other Mustang--not the best way of doing niche products). Anyway, since SVT only gets one or two products now (with long lead times), I think this is a pretty cool way to get a bit of buzz on the cheap. Plus, with Ford paying Foose, someone (besides the dealer) will finally turn a profit on a factory performance car. As long as ol' Chip doesn't start looking like a Ford shill (I'm looking in the general direction of Funkmaster Flex)...... Tiberius1701
Having Foose on board is a good thing-just as long as they keep him from putting those ridiculous wheel/rubberband combos on the products. Nearly every one of his Overhaulin' projects has been ruined (in my eyes at least) by these California only rolling stock.
