why don't ford get their #$&* together and be the first with a F150 getting 30+mpg. Yeah the 3.5 ecoboost is great but in all reality how many people really need a truck with 365 horse power! They need to make and offer a smaller V6 ecoboost that gets like 300 HP and gets 30+mpg. That is still more horse power than what the old 5.4 V8 had . My 2001 5.4 is like 270 HP . To me they are not getting what the real public needs. So come on Ford get your head out of the arab's sand and get it done!!!!!!!

Its being told on the floor that all the ACH workers will be allowed to vote on this agreement! Is this correct? They are not ford workers so why would they be allowed to vote on our contract. This sounds like a sure way to get a few hundered for sure yes votes!!! This just does not seem like it should be allowed!!!!

Basically its as simple as this!! Avon wants 45 people and they know there is a bunch of high senority people (13+yrs)at Sandusky that want and WILL volunteer to go there. But OHAP does not want the high senority people they want to get the younger ones from Brookpark. OHAP's union has made this very clear that they will do everything they can to try and keep Sandusky people out! But is was ok for them to all come to Sandusky back in 94,95,96,97 but I guess its a double standard huh!!!!!!!

I work at a ACH plant and they have said we have no buyer but they are yet to find someone to do our work! They keep doing market tests and they keep coming back that NO one cane do it any cheaper than what we are making it for!!! So since we are making a profit at our plant each year and we already build the parts the cheapest what makes you think they are in a hurry to close this plant !!!!!! HMM HMM

Up the 100,000 to $140,000 and you will see more of the younger people at the ACH plants take it!!!!!!!! Your willing to give others 140 why not make that offer to EVERYONE!

all I know is from now on when its gets real bad and the state issues level warings and it is illegegal to be on the roads i will be STAYING home!!!! I have gone in the last two times when it has gotten this bad and igot screwed !!!! 100 people show up and everyone else stays home and they all get paid and I bust my ass and risk my life and my truck to get there and I get nothing. The other time 90% stayed home and all got paid and I risk everything and go in and then get sent home after 3 hours and that is all I get paid for and everyone else gets 8 hrs pay for staying home thats bull shit. We were told they would take care of us yeah right that DIDN'T happen got screwed on that!!!! So I say from now on FUCK them why risk it they could care less about us
