Hail usually only damages the top of vehicles, hoods and roofs. Hoods have been made of aluminum for a long time. I dont see hail damaging the beds any more than the normal use they get so the only difference is the roof. I guess we'll see

I have a flex. I would not buy an Edge or an Explorer.

I would say all those things are cost cutting measures, maybe not the mustang.

FWD Explorers will never sell.

Why is it a crew cab 4x4 ? Is that a common towing configuration? I can see crew cab maybe but why 4x4?

I had an 89 probe GT, I traded it in with 166k miles never had any problems with the engine. I beat on it hard too. The rest of the car started going. Heater fan, windows, headlights all inoperable. Still ran great. I had it in Germany for 2 years and remember driving to Munich with the cruse set at 100mph with the a/c on. The boost would peg on every hill and I would pass everyone. LOL that was fun.
