Isn't that one of the main reasons why there's been no drastic update for the Econoline in many years....contractors, etc. that install aftermarket interior storage shelves, etc. have been using the Econoline forever and Ford doesn't want to lose business by changing dimensions, causing them to have to change their tooling.
Well, it kept my mom's old Expedition's leather from cracking. My dad used all that leather treatment stuff on his old F-150's leather seats, and they still cracked. The Expedition's leather, which we did use armor-all on, was fine when we sold it.
So, maybe if you posted these topics in "The Competition" page, it would be looked at differently and be considered part of that page. You shouldn't post something about GM in the Ford Discussion forum.
It was stuff like that that shut down the Autoweek Combustion Chamber a while back (probably a few years ago now). I used to post over there until it shut down, then I discovered BOF, and I'm glad I did.
It is a hybrid, if you looked at the pictures on the rear view, there's a small Hybrid Synergy badge on the tailgate.
You mean it won't equal Land Rover off roading capabilities?!?!
Appears there's a new Bronco concept out there, this time a four door version.
It seems because of the new Wrangler's success, we need a competitor.....and here it is.
Enjoy! Also, let me know any thoughts you have about this.
But it wasn't a drawer was it? The Toyota concept has a drawer, which is the idea I came up w/ a while ago.....I thought I was onto something....it's a much better storage solution than Ridgeline's in bed truck -- when the bed's loaded (why would you be using a Ridgeline for truck duty anyways?) you cant open the trunk.
Theres a new Panther model, a new Marauder, coming out next year, it'll be at NAIAS
Here's a spy shot:
